Fiscal Activity Tax Refund Scam Email

I just got some scam email titled "Fiscal Activity Tax Refund" -- I'm surprised Gmail didn't send it to my SPAM folder -- claiming I'm due some kind of tax refund:

After the last annual calculations of your fiscal activity
we have determined that you are eligible to receive
a tax refund under section 501(c) (3) of the
Internal Revenue Code. Tax refund value is $189.60.
Please submit the tax refund request and allow us 6-9 days
in order to IWP the data received.
If u don't receive your refund within 9 business
days from the original IRS mailing date shown,
you can start a refund trace online.

Yeah, right. I already know I owe the IRS, so nice try.

According to Who.Is, the website link that they want you to click on is from the Netherlands.

Another one for the Internet FBI to track down...

I get scam e-mails like this all the time, and GMail is always a hit or miss on whether or not they pick it up!

I'm a little annoyed sometimes but I love the service and don't see myself switching back to either Hotmail/Live or anything else.

UPDATE - I can't do it. Just as soon as I signed up with Tissa's people search engine, I cancelled. I just don't feel right about helping people find other people's addresses and phone numbers. AND THIS PRIVACY ISSUE IS GAINING STEAM. CHECK OUT THE CONTROVERSY BREWING OVER THE MYLIFE.COM PRIVACY SELLING ISSUES THAT TISSA USES TO PROVIDE THE PEOPLE SEARCH ENGINE INFO. I know I could probably make money with it, but it's just not sitting right with my soul. Back to the drawing board. I know better things await... I kept trying to rationalize that many people could use the people search engines for good purposes, like reconnecting with old classmates and finding deadbeat dads and such -- but the reality is that if just one person uses them for nefarious purposes, I just don't want to be a part of that.
