The War of the World May Knock The Iraq Study Group Report...

...right out of The Iraq Study Group Report's number #1 non-fiction spot on many booksellers' lists. I hear that The Iraq Study Group Report only offers exit strategies. Anyone plowed thru it yet?

Well, Iraqi president Jalal Talabani just said today that the new war strategies found in The Iraq Study Group Report pose dangerous offerings that will undermine Iraq's sovereignty, calling them “an insult to the people of Iraq.”

I tend to trust authors like Niall Ferguson, who penned The War of the World: Twentieth-Century Conflict and the Descent of the West, an eight-hundred-page look at World War II. But Niall Ferguson also weighed in on the war in Iraq when promoting his The War of the World today on CBS Sunday morning. Ferguson was at first for the war in Iraq, but has now changed his viewpoint. This speaks to me more than the Kerry supporters who began shouting down Bush's every move since the beginning of time. Anyway, let me know what you think...
