I'm almost famous and freaking out...

...because a casting producer from ABC's Wife Swap contacted me on Friday. They pay $20,000 bones! Stay tuned...

Then, my great and supportive fellow content producer Laura Spencer from Associated Content interviewed me for an article (about me!) and published it. Read it here.

I'm freaking! Not really -- if the Lord says I'm ready, I'm ready for my close-ups. But before I get any more famous, I've got to get my weave tightened up and lose at least 15 pounds so that I'll be down to around 137 lbs. or so...I feel so Bridget Jones' Diary writing about my weight.

And today I felt like a proud Associated Content mama when I read this press release on PR Web about Associated Content, one of the best sites that I write for. They opened up my world to online content creation. Love that Luke Beatty, CEO. I'll be forever grateful...

UPDATE - I can't do it. Just as soon as I signed up with Tissa's people search engine, I cancelled. I just don't feel right about helping people find other people's addresses and phone numbers. AND THIS PRIVACY ISSUE IS GAINING STEAM. CHECK OUT THE CONTROVERSY BREWING OVER THE MYLIFE.COM PRIVACY SELLING ISSUES THAT TISSA USES TO PROVIDE THE PEOPLE SEARCH ENGINE INFO. I know I could probably make money with it, but it's just not sitting right with my soul. Back to the drawing board. I know better things await... I kept trying to rationalize that many people could use the people search engines for good purposes, like reconnecting with old classmates and finding deadbeat dads and such -- but the reality is that if just one person uses them for nefarious purposes, I just don't want to be a part of that.
